What Is The Apprenticeship Levy?
In plain English the Levy is a government initiative to encourage businesses in the UK to grow their own talent. If you have a workforce of 50 staff and above and have a total remuneration of more than £3m per annum then you pay into the Apprenticeship Levy.
The levy is deducted at source and then deposited into a huge digital bank account. Some large organisations pay as much as £14 million per year into the Levy fund.
The only way you can get your money out of the digital bank account is to invest some or all of the money you’ve already paid on future talent. The training costs for your new superstars are covered by this Levy and we make the accessing of this fund super easy.
