The Engagement Lead is responsible for creating, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with SMEs, large businesses and organisations across the country.
The focus of engagement is to work with the business to understand all aspects of tech workforce development, skills gaps, and strategic priorities to identify Code Nation products, services and talent which can meet those needs, with a specific focus on Apprenticeship sales.
The role involves key account management of existing businesses as well as identifying, engaging, and securing business from new clients.
The role focuses on business development activities for Code Nation products, including but not limited to; apprenticeships, skills bootcamps and commercial training.
