Summary

Reports to:

Engagement & Marketing Director

We will offer you the opportunity to;

  • To identify, engage and onboard students to a variety of Code Nation courses, with a specific focus on Skills Bootcamps.
  • To programme manage the Skills Bootcamp provision – including funding requirements, claims and working with the funder.
  • To work with Marketing to create engaging content to attract students from a variety of backgrounds to meet contractual targets.
  • To onboard students, including completion of all funding and CN paperwork e.g. ILPs.
  • To be an expert in Skills Bootcamp funding eligibility.
  • Engage employers to access Bootcamp funding to train employees (upskill) at c20% per cohort.

Duties

  • Source and engage a robust pipeline of prospective students and employers
  • Manage and deliver open evenings/ engagement events to attract students
  • Proactively manage and respond effectively to a high volume of student enquiries
  • Work closely with referral partners and agencies such as Job Centre+ to source eligible students and raise the profile of our provision
  • Deliver high quality information advice and guidance to prospective students
  • Telephone/ Teams/ Face to Face interview prospective students to ensure eligibility and suitability
  • Host online or telephone info sessions to students and referral partners
  • Attend events and become the “go to” person for potential students to discuss our bootcamp courses
  • Work with our marketing team to assist/advise/create social campaigns and website content that will drive inbound activity
  • Ensure quality and compliance, including completing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Become a subject matter expert in our course content and eligibility across geographies and funding streams
  • Represent CN at funding partner meetings
  • Complete all funding partner claims and paperwork to deadlines
  • Work closely with Compliance on paperwork design and dissemination
  • Work with Employability team to manage graduates journey post bootcamp – 6months
  • Become a super user of our CRM system and record all activity
  • Support employability to engage employers with vacancies for Bootcamp graduates during quieter periods of course starts.


Skills (e.g. Qualifications and/or experience)

What we are looking for:

  1. 2 + years of experience in consultative sales, telesales, recruitment sales or admissions
  2. Experience in exceeding targets in a targeted environment
  3. IAGL2 or above (desireable)
  4. An interest in tech would be advantageous but not required
  5. Attention to detail and excellent record keeping
  6. Experience of using a CRM
