The Curriculum

The Code Nation: Power Automate Practitioner (RPA) 4-week course is designed in partnership with our employer network.

RPA involves the use of software robots or “bots” to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks. Acquiring RPA skills allows you to understand and implement automation in various business processes, making you valuable in industries seeking efficiency improvements.

Monday-Friday 4 weeks Full Time – 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (6 hours ) Remote course.

Commercial and Personal Development

On our RPA course, you won’t just learn how to perform RPA, but also where RPA can be useful for you or your business. We talk about different types of RPA and practice developing multiple different forms of RPA to meet different needs.

As part of the course, you’ll be encourage to embrace the parts of RPA that you enjoy. For your final project, you will be giving a brief based on a commercial project developed by industry specialists . You will be working, planning and communicating with the group, supporting each other through the learning and development process. You’ll leave us with a working solution that you can take away and use, or even add to your portfolio.

Thanks to our in-industry partners, you’ll be supported with materials and guidance from people who use RPA day-in day-out.

While we will discuss RPA as concept, we will focus on practicing RPA using the Power Platform suite of tools, developing working examples and working with industry standard RPA toolsets. Attention is also given to the Security and Governance aspects of RPA, including GDPR concerns as well as other privacy and Compliance concerns.

By the end of the course you should be proficient in creating RPA solutions using Power Platform and have the understanding of RPA needed to go on and work with other toolsets and structures.
