What we provide
Business-readiness is at the heart of everything we do. During our comprehensive, 15-month programme, we teach apprentices the interpersonal skills, professional know-how and technical expertise they need to become successful employees.
How we do it
We place apprentices with their employer from day one and put them through their paces in an immersive, high-impact 12-week training bootcamp. They then start work with their employer and receive ongoing support to continue their growth. This approach delivers three core benefits.
Apprentices gain technical, commercial and interpersonal skills from the very start of their journey. So instead of the traditional model of day release and the apprentice not having the skills to contribute to the business from Day 1, our immersive 12 week training means they can hit the ground running and contribute meaningfully from the moment they start with their employer.
Apprenticesreceive a tailored learning plan and are assigned a personal skills coach to assist with their progress and development. This offers them a curated experience that’s truly shaped around their needs.
Apprentices stay in touch with their skills coach after the training bootcamp is complete. Monthly face-to-face catch-ups, contact at any time and three comprehensive workshops help them grow their skills further and complement the training received from the employer.
