Our co-founder and CEO Andy Lord is Manchester born and bred. He was previously CEO at recruitment company The Rethink Group and has direct knowledge of how the demand for great digital talent outstrips supply by at least five to one.Code Nation was created to provide a solution and get great techies into the jobs that need them.

Our campus is just a stone’s throw away from businesses working in E-commerce, FinTech and Cyber Security and we’ll never be short of Software Houses, Digital Agencies or funky app developers.
